Job summary

Belmar Pharma Solutions seeks a Customer Experience Pharmacist to deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will handle high-volume phone inquiries, counsel patients and prescribers, and support Belmar Pharma Solutions’ mission to deliver unmatched care.

Responsibilities include inputting prescriptions in the system, verifying compounding formulas, and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws while maintaining safety and quality in compounding

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist with a valid license.
• Exceptional customer service and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proficient in math and possess a strong work ethic.
• Preferred experience with compounding, manufacturing environments, and federally regulated facilities.
• Background in chemistry and technical writing for SOPs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret prescription orders and input them into the computer system.
• Advise patients and doctors on Belmar products.
• Verify compounding formulas and update lot and expiration dates.
• Perform final check on all prescriptions for accuracy and compliance.
• Supervise technicians to optimize workflow and patient care.
• Accept verbal orders from voicemail, IVR, and direct phone contacts.
