• The Operations Support Specialist is a lead position and an integral part of the patient experience.
• Acts as a lead by assisting the practice supervisor in coordinating work activities, resolving problems, training, orientation and performance evaluations of clerical support staff.
• Makes suggestions for process improvements in support of achieving the established Medical Group performance expectations.
• Incumbent provides leadership in the absence of the practice supervisor.
