You will train, orient, and evaluate clerical staff, suggest process improvements, and provide leadership in the supervisor's absence, helping us maintain our commitment to compassionate, efficient care.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Business or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience is necessary.

Responsabilités

• Acts as a lead by assisting the practice supervisor in coordinating work activities, resolving problems, training, orientation and performance evaluations of clerical support staff.
• Makes suggestions for process improvements in support of achieving the established Medical Group performance expectations.
• Incumbent provides leadership in the absence of the practice supervisor.
