Aramark in Akron, Ohio is seeking a Patient Experience Manager to support the Patient Services Operation in the Food & Nutrition Department. You will develop and execute patient experience solutions that meet patient needs and tastes while interpreting government nutrition standards for healthful menu implementation.

Lead patient service staff to ensure meals are prepared and delivered on schedule; oversee the diet office and service ambassador program; and drive safety, sanitation, and quality

Competenze

• Requires at least two years of patient food service experience and some management experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Manages patient food service activities, complying with established standards.
• Leads patient service staff to ensure meals are properly prepared and delivered to patients.
• Conducts rounds on patients/departments.
