Job summary

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a Sr. Patient Services Manager for Lankenau Medical Center in Wynnewood, PA. You will lead the Patient Services operations within Food & Nutrition, ensuring meals meet health standards and patient preferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Healthcare and Food Service Management experience required.
• Patient Services Management experience preferred.
• Experience managing, motivating and engaging a large workforce.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs required.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer services and organizational skills required.
• Experience working with the CBORD menu ticket system is preferred.
• Nutrition education and/or background preferred.
• SERV Safe Certification is a plus.

• Conducts rounds on patients/departments.
• Oversees the diet office and the service ambassador program.
• Manages the CBORD menu ticket system updates including menu items, substitutions, preferences and allergies.
• Hosts the patient services system call and manages initiatives such as menu roll outs, etc.
• Manages quality assurance including safety and kitchen sanitation compliance.
• Supervises tray line operation and/or the room service program.

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking candidates for a Sr. Patient Services Manager position at Lankenau Medical Center, located in Wynnewood, PA . The Sr. Patient Service Manager will function as the Lead Patient Services Manager and will have some system responsbilities. Manages the Patient Services Operation in the Food & Nutrition Department and will be responsible for developing and executing dining solutions to meet patient and customer needs and tastes. This person will utilize technical training and interpret government mandated nutritional standards in the healthcare industry on food health to develop healthy menu implementation plans. Manages patient feeding, quality assurance and drives patient satisfaction scores. Serves as the CBORD Administrator and leads the System Patient Services calls.
