Job summary

Aramark in the United States is seeking a Patient Services Worker Lead to manage patient diet orders, coordinate with nursing and nutrition staff, and support others in the unit. You will deliver trays, assist with nourishments, and communicate patient needs to the dietetic team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Patient Services Worker required.
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English; bilingual abilities preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and collects patient trays during meal service.
• Delivers nourishments and snacks to patients as ordered by physician/dietitian.
• Visits patients to introduce the services of the Food and Nutrition Services Department.
• Communicates patient food needs to the Food and Nutrition Services Department.
• Ensures diet care orders are provided with appropriate menu selections.
• Maintains sanitation standards and completes assigned cleaning tasks.
