• Provide exemplary customer service to all patients and visitors.
• Answer calls, schedule appointments (in-office and telehealth).
• Process patient registration, insurance verification, and paperwork.
• Collect co-payments and reconcile funds daily.
• Complete Telephone Encounters in the operating system.
• Check patients in/out and coordinate with clinical staff.
• Assist patients with navigating insurance plans and payment plans.
• Complete insurance eligibility processes.
