Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree with emphasis in Psychology, Social Work, or related Health Sciences preferred.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Advanced communication and customer service skills to communicate information clearly and respectfully.
• Ability to form productive relationships with patients and families while maintaining boundaries.
• Advanced experience with creating and delivering presentations.
• Strong computer and audiovisual skills.
• Healthcare and customer service experience preferred.
• Conflict management, crisis management, de-escalation and mediation experience preferred.

Responsibilities
