Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to verify patient information and coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Answer patient calls and be the first point of contact by phone.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments.
• Relay messages to clinical staff and route calls appropriately.
• Verify patient registration and insurance information.
• Provide MyChart and patient portal support.
• Assist with referrals, authorizations, and patient outreach.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
• Collaborate with providers and office teams for a seamless patient experience.
