Qualifications

• 6+ months leading front office operations.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit charts daily in dental software and ensure accuracy.
• Lead staff scheduling and monitor daily coverage.
• Manage patient retention programs and surveys.
• Enforce office policies per the CHOICE Employee Manual.
• Maintain back-office productivity and patient flow.
• Perform general administrative duties and handle communications.
