CorePlus Servicios Clinicos y Patologicos LLC is seeking a Part Time Customer Experience Associate (Receptionist) in Carolina, PR. You will register patients, verify insurance, and bill cases to payors while ensuring all paperwork is scanned into the iCore system.

You will coordinate lab workflows, assist the RCM department, and contact medical offices to confirm information. HIPAA compliance and accurate data entry are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of CLIA and OSHA regulations.
• Knowledge of Clinical Billing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Receive and register patients and bill clinical cases to insurance.
• Ensure documents are scanned and accessioned to the iCore system.
• Coordinate laboratory workflow and staff daily tasks.
• Verify test eligibility with insurance and patient records.
• Accession patient demographics and insurance information to SAIL.
• Assist RCM department as directed.
• Make calls to medical offices to confirm diagnoses.
• Reconcile clinical payments.
• Maintain documentation and communication with labs and CSR.
