Job summary

CorePlus is a Puerto Rico-based anatomical pathology laboratory and clinical analysis provider seeking a part-time Customer Experience Associate (Receptionist) to receive, register, and bill clinical cases. You will ensure that after results are complete, documents are scanned and accessioned to the iCore system, coordinating workflow and daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CLIA and OSHA regulations.
• Experience with Clinical Billing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Receive and register clinical cases and bill to insurance.
• Scan documents and accession data to the iCore system.
• Coordinate clinical laboratory workflow and staff schedules.
• Maintain KPI metrics and laboratory files.
• Communicate with doctors and patient offices as needed.
