The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, strong customer service, and basic computer skills. The office hours are Monday–Thursday 8am–5pm, Friday 7am–2pm, with some weekend shifts and flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year in a position interacting with customers/patients.
• Favorable result on background check.
• Must provide proof of identity and right to work in United States.

Responsibilities
