Qualifications

• 1 Year Medical Office Experience.
• Front Desk experience preferred.
• Insurance verification knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and next appointment.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Regular communication with attorneys, insurance companies, translation services, and internal teams.
• Collect co-pays and conduct payer verifications.
