Job summary

InterMed is seeking a Patient Services Representative who will serve as the primary point of contact for patients calling with medical concerns and scheduling matters. This role requires exceptional customer service abilities, strong scheduling judgment, and superb communication skills.

Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling appointments, assisting with prescription refills, and ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction. The position requires on-site training for 3-4 weeks and residency in the State of Maine.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Windows-based computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls for multiple Primary Care practices.
• Schedule routine and follow-up patient appointments.
