Job summary

Select Medical in Oklahoma City is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to greet patients, register them, and coordinate appointments at the front desk of our outpatient physical therapy center.

You will handle scheduling, billing and insurance tasks, and maintain smooth patient flow. This full-time role offers mentorship, PTO, and solid benefits, with a Monday–Friday schedule and variable shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of Front Desk experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and explain visit flow.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and by phone.
• Communicate with attorneys, insurers, translation services, operations, and business development teams.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and perform insurance verifications and authorizations.
