Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service; healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and warmth.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries in person and by phone.
• Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and documents.
• Maintain patient records and keep front office organized.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient experience.
• Assist front office with duties during downtime, like answering phones and scheduling.
