Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and warmth.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries in person and by phone.
• Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and required documentation.
• Maintain patient records and keep front office area neat and organized.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Assist front office tasks during downtime (phone, scanning, scheduling, payments, filing).
• Communicate clearly between patients, staff, and other departments.
