Job summary

RELIVE Health Stuart seeks a Front of House Associate to uphold the RELIVE brand with professionalism and discretion. You will greet patients, manage in-person and phone inquiries, and check in/out based on the services provided.

Maintain accurate patient records, support scheduling, and liaise with staff to ensure a smooth visit flow. HIPAA compliance and friendly service are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• GED level education
• Experience in customer service
• Experience in a medical setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcomes patients and visitors and handles inquiries
• Schedules appointments to optimize provider time and space
• Maintains patient records and finances accurately
• Protects patient confidentiality under HIPAA
