Job summary

Keystone Urology is seeking a Patient Service Representative I to deliver outstanding patient care and seamless check-in experiences. You will greet patients, answer calls, update demographics, collect co-pays, and schedule appointments with professionalism.

You will coordinate with clinical staff to move patients through intake and ensure accurate records, insurance verification, and courteous service. This role requires strong communication, organization, and a commitment to confidentiality

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience in a medical setting preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of CPT coding and ICD-10 coding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors at the front desk or over the phone.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and manage patient flow.
• Register new patients and update demographics, collect co-pays and balances.
• Obtain referrals and authorizations when required; verify insurance information.
• Scan and file medical records and ensure accurate charting and confidentiality.
