Job summary

IVX Health is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact at our infusion-center locations. This role combines patient-facing service with operations support to ensure smooth scheduling, accurate records, and a welcoming environment.

You'll verify insurance, manage appointments, and collaborate with clinical teams to support high-quality care. Regular business hours Monday through Friday with rotating Saturday shifts, in a patient-focused, team-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Front desk or administrative experience in a medical or healthcare setting is required.
• Experience with insurance verification and patient intake processes is preferred.
• Proficiency with EHR/EMR systems and scheduling software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and answer phones with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments with pre-visit requirements
• Verify patient insurance, update demographics, and collect copays
• Coordinate patient flow with nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk area
• Flex to support other centers as needed
