IVX Health, Inc. is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our Austin infusion centers. In this Monday–Friday role, you’ll be the first point of contact, delivering warm patient interactions and ensuring smooth daily operations.

You’ll manage scheduling, verify insurance, collect copays, and coordinate with clinical teams to support a high-quality patient experience. Strong organizational skills and healthcare knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of front desk or administrative experience in a medical or healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of insurance verification and patient intake.
• Proficiency with EHR/EMR systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and answer phones with warmth and professionalism.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments, including pre-visit requirements.
• Verify patient insurance, update demographic information, and collect copays.
• Coordinate with nursing staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
