Job summary

CRH Healthcare is seeking a Part-time Front Desk Receptionist for Peachtree Immediate Care in Georgia. You will greet patients, check in, verify insurances, collect copays and support clinical staff.

The role requires up to 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends and the ability to float between clinics. Customer-service oriented candidates with strong communication skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in waiting area.

• Open/close clinic procedures and perform clerical duties.

Peachtree Immediate Care is a leading urgent care operator in the state of Georgia. Our mission is to provide the perfect patient experience so our patients can “Get in. Get out. Get better”. We have an opening for a Front Desk Receptionist to provide excellent customer service to patients and clerical support to clinical staff.

Part-time position 2 12-hour shifts with a rotating weekend shift. Must be willing to float between clinics.

Employees in this role are the first point of contact with patients. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, friendly and has strong customer service and communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Promptly greet patients and visitors in the waiting area in a friendly and helpful manner
• Check in patients, verify insurances, update necessary patient information in the system, and collect copay
• Serve as a patient advocate to provide world-class care in coordination with clinical staff and providers
• Promptly answer incoming phone calls
• Maintain a neat and orderly waiting room
• Assist patients with ambulatory difficulties, including obtaining wheelchairs and provide assistance with walking
• Responsible for opening and closing clinic procedures and reportingPerform additional clerical duties as necessary

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one (1) year of reception/front desk experience (coordinator, receptionist, clerk, agent, specialist, etc.)
• Customer service experience in a healthcare outpatient setting preferred
• Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts during the week or weekend as needed
• Ability to escort or transport patients by wheelchair or stretcher when needed
• Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with electronic medical records
• Types 25 words per minute
