Job summary

HHS is seeking a Patient Services Manager in Cincinnati, OH to lead a culinary team focused on patient-centered hospitality. You will supervise staffing, ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation, and coach staff to deliver exceptional service to patients and families.

The role requires teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to drive patient satisfaction through program leadership and staff education. Vaccination policies may apply; competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team and in customer service.
• Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a valid Serve Safe certification or equivalent.
• Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership that supports a team environment and fosters morale.
• Lead recruiting, training, and development of team members.
• Conduct daily inspections, patient rounding, assessments, coaching, and counseling.
• Educate patients, families, nursing and staff on nutritional needs.
• Coordinate food service standards to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Address issues with excellent customer service and guest experience.
• Manage and maintain the patient ambassador program for quality service.
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve organizational goals.
• Engage in patient experience workshops and QA/PI programs.
