Job summary

PDS Health in Florida is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator to partner with Dentists and drive case acceptance by guiding patients through financial options and treatment choices.

You will support PPE and PFL, ensure pre-authorizations, and keep clinicians' schedules productive while maintaining professional conduct and regulatory compliance. Travel between offices may be required; HS diploma is required; compensation ranges hourly.

Responsibilities

• Execute the HC handoff with clinicians on every exam.
• Be the Subject Matter Expert on available financial options.
• Obtain insurance pre-authorizations as needed.
• Support PPE and PFL through patient interactions.
• Keep clinicians' schedules productive and aligned.
• Attend daily huddles and team meetings.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory bodies.
• Travel between offices as required.
