PDS Health is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator to partner with dentists, educate patients on treatment options, and secure financial commitments to start care. You will ensure a supportive patient experience and help maintain efficient schedules across clinics in Florida.

The role emphasizes detailed knowledge of financial options, effective objection handling, and collaboration with clinicians to drive case acceptance while upholding PPE and PFL principles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with dental or medical billing/finances is helpful.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Gain a financial commitment from the patient to start dentistry.
• Educate patients on treatment options and financial plans.
• Overcome common patient objections to treatment.
• Obtain insurance pre-authorizations when needed.
• Support office schedules and PPE standards.
