Job summary

You will plan, implement, and evaluate hospital-wide patient services programs while handling sensitive cases with discretion.

You will resolve patient concerns, ensure compliance with policies, and support education on patient rights, data analytics, and resource sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to think critically, problem solve, and provide appropriate recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with physicians on death certification and family support.
• Arrange tissue donations and autopsies; manage timely release of remains.
• Liaise with Coroner's Office, Health Department, and mortuaries.
• Provide training and administrative support to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support patient and family satisfaction initiatives hospital-wide.
