Job summary

MyMichigan Health seeks a Senior Data Analyst to drive analytics initiatives across clinical and administrative domains. You will craft reports and dashboards using EPIC, Tableau, and other tools, and lead data projects that influence outcomes and efficiency.

You’ll collaborate with IT and business teams, ensure data quality, and mentor staff while staying current with healthcare data analytics trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in data analysis roles, preferably in healthcare.
• Two or more years leading complex data analysis projects.
• Certifications (e.g., Tableau Certified Professional, MCSE for Data Analytics).
• Proficiency in SQL; able to write complex queries and manage schemas.
• Experience with Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, QlikView or SAS.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex data analysis projects across clinical and administrative domains.
• Design queries and reports using EPIC, Tableau, and other tools to extract insights.
• Develop dashboards and communicate data insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT to integrate data from multiple sources and ensure data quality.
• Participate in governance, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
