MyMichigan Health is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead data governance, ETL operations, and data modeling within the data warehouse environment. You will ensure data accuracy, security, and accessibility across the organization.

The role requires extensive experience with EPIC Cogito, data standards, and cross-functional collaboration to standardize data collection and enable self-serve analytics for clinicians and leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in IT, business, or healthcare.
• Master’s degree in data science, analytics, or related field preferred.
• Five+ years in data management, healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead data model design and maintenance for the data warehouse.
• Oversee ETL processes from EPIC and other sources with accuracy and timeliness.
• Champion data quality and governance; monitor metrics and audits.
• Serve as EPIC Cogito SME; develop dashboards/reports for clinicians and admins.
• Collaborate across stakeholders to define data needs and ensure usage.
• Drive continuous improvement in data storage, access, and security.
