MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to manage front desk operations, check-in/out, and patient interactions in a high-volume eye care setting. Training will be provided to learn industry specifics and insurance verification processes.

You will support appointments, calls, and clerical tasks while delivering a best-in-class patient experience. The role emphasizes organization, multitasking, teamwork, and a patient-centric approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front desk, reception, or customer facing role supporting administrative duties and clerical tasks.
• Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure while delivering best in class service.
• Friendly, patient-centric and willing to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check in/out process experience.
• Become a subject matter expert in insurance plans to educate patients at check in/out.
• Assist in appointment confirmations and patient outreach in coordination with Doctor availability.
• Multitask by managing multiple phone lines, greeting patients and walk-ins, scheduling appointments and supporting staff as needed.
• Cross-train to other office support roles as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and team to ensure seamless patient experience.
