Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to manage front desk operations and create a best-in-class patient experience. You'll learn the eyewear industry and work under the Office General Manager, supporting check-in/out, scheduling, and patient communication.

This role involves weekend/evening shifts and training to handle insurance questions, patient outreach, and collaboration with clinicians to deliver seamless care. Join a growth-focused team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk, reception or customer-facing role with administrative duties.
• Ability to verify insurance and educate patients on options during check in/out.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check in/out process experience.
• Verify insurance and educate patients on plan options at check in/out.
• Assist with appointment confirmations and patient outreach in coordination with Doctor availability.
• Multitask across phone lines, greet walk-ins, schedule appointments, and support staff as needed.
• Cross-train to other office roles such as Eyewear Consultants or Optometric Technicians as required.
• Collaborate with doctors and team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
