Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow to support clinic operations.
• Serve as primary contact between patients and providers; document in EMR.
• Respond to patient inquiries and schedule appointments.
• Process referrals and follow-up visits.
• Monitor test results and coordinate follow-up care.
• Track and report clinical and operational metrics.
• Maintain documentation and manage office supplies.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize workflows and patient experience.
