This full-time front-office role involves traveling to Schertz as needed, collaborating with therapists and staff, and delivering a welcoming, organized patient experience from check-in to discharge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience with medical offices, insurance verification, and referrals preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and standard office software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to Schertz clinic for coverage when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide superior customer service.
• Schedule appointments and manage daily clinic calendar.
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations as needed.
• Coordinate physician referrals and manage incoming documentation.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records (HIPAA compliant).
• Answer calls and respond to patient inquiries.
• Collaborate with therapists and staff to support patient care.
