Job summary

Endeavor Physical Therapy, part of the H2 Health family, is seeking a Physical Therapist for our Kyle outpatient clinic. You’ll evaluate patients, design individualized care plans, and provide evidence-based treatments to improve mobility and function.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and quality of life.
• Treat orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, and mobility-related conditions.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation to streamline processes.
• Use Raintree EMR for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
• Manage a reasonable caseload, typically around 10–12 visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
