• Prepare patients for examinations by obtaining medical history and performing preliminary testing.
• Assist the doctor during patient exams as needed.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock exam rooms between patients.
• Support front office operations when needed (filing, faxing, scanning, transcribing).
• Provide outstanding customer service and patient support.
• Ensure compliance with office procedures and healthcare standards.
