• Check for referrals/pre-authorizations and insurance verification.
• Request and document co-payments or outstanding balances.
• Schedule new and follow-up appointments.
• Checkout and arrange referrals and future visits.
• Route calls and manage administrative inbox messages in HIPAA-compliant manner.
