ProCare Injury Specialists in Austin, TX is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to greet patients and support the clinical team with scheduling and data entry.

You will enter patient information into EMR, verify demographics and insurance, keep schedules aligned, and deliver excellent customer service in a busy clinic setting. This full-time role offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with patients.
• Spanish language skills a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Experience with medical terminology and EMR systems is a plus.
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor with professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Handle appointment scheduling, answer incoming calls, and follow up with patients
• Accurately enter patient information into our EMR system and manage new patient registrations
• Confirm and update patient demographics and insurance details
• Keep provider schedules running smoothly and ensure the clinic operates seamlessly
• Respond to patient inquiries, offering helpful information about our services and procedures
• Greet patients with a warm, friendly smile and make them feel right at home
• Assist with any other tasks to keep the clinic running efficiently and provide the best possible care to our patients
• Other duties as assigned
