National Spine & Pain Centers seeks a Full-Time Patient Service Coordinator for our Lady Lake office. The role includes patient check-in/out, data entry in EMR, and coordinating with insurers and providers to ensure accurate demographics and authorizations.

Must have medical office experience and be able to work 7:00am–4:00pm. Responsibilities include chart preparation, records requests, and providing excellent patient service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year administrative medical office experience.
• Experience with EMR systems preferred.
• Experience in pain management, regenerative medicine, or orthopedics is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Perform patient check-in/out procedures, including demographic/insurance data entry into EMR and collecting copays/balances.
• Coordinate with patients, insurers, and providers to maintain demographic information and obtain proper authorizations.
• Prepare charts for upcoming appointments and process medical records requests efficiently.
