Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year direct receptionist experience in a fast-paced clinic or hospital.
• Or 3+ years of related customer-service experience.
• Must type 30+ wpm and be comfortable with Google Suite.
• Experience with medical insurance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the first and last interaction with patients.
• Greet patients and act as a resource for them.
• Schedule patients through different modalities.
• Introduce the Carbon app to patients.
• Verify insurance and collect copayments.
• Perform administrative tasks like referrals and lab paperwork.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to improve the patient experience.
