Qualifications

• Prior medical receptionist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-ins/check-outs to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Register patients, manage wait times, and keep the reception area organized.
• Provide friendly, professional service in person, by phone, or via messaging.
• Gather and verify patient information, process forms and payments, and prep for visits.
• Schedule appointments and maintain patient records to support providers.
