Epiphany Dermatology is seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced clinic environment. You will warmly welcome patients from check-in to check-out, register and schedule appointments, and ensure a smooth, positive patient experience at every touchpoint.

We value organized, adaptable team players who deliver friendly, professional service in person or by phone, while accurately handling forms and payments and maintaining patient records for seamless visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior medical receptionist experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without restriction.

Responsibilities

• Be the first and last person patients encounter, welcoming them warmly and ensuring a positive experience.
• Register patients, manage wait times, and keep the reception area inviting.
• Provide friendly, professional service in person, over the phone, or by messaging.
• Gather and verify patient information, handle forms and payments, and prep for the next visit.
• Schedule appointments and maintain records to ensure a seamless patient flow.
• Support patients and providers to deliver excellent care—and there’s more!
