The Healthy Family Chiropractic & Massage is seeking a Patient Coordinator who brings high energy and a passion for helping people. You will be one of the main faces of the office, ensuring a warm, five-star patient experience from check-in to check-out.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment. Prior customer service or healthcare office experience is preferred; training and development are available as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Chiropractic, medical office, hospitality, sales, or high-level customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients warmly by name and creating a welcoming environment.
• Scheduling and managing patient appointments efficiently.
• Answering phones with professionalism, warmth, and confidence.
• Assisting patients with paperwork and office processes.
• Verifying and understanding insurance information.
• Checking patients in and out while collecting payments.
• Helping maintain smooth patient flow throughout the office.
• Communicating closely with doctors and team members to maximize patient care.
• Anticipating patient needs and helping create a five-star experience.
• Staying organized and efficient in a busy, fast-moving environment.
