Hunter Wellness Center, a family-owned chiropractic practice, is seeking a bubbly Front Desk Coordinator to join part-time. You will be the first friendly face patients meet, handling scheduling, calls, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that supports patient education and therapy.
You will support patient therapy, educate on treatment plans, prep treatment rooms, manage records and insurance verifications, and keep the office organized.

The Front Desk Coordinator position follows a structured schedule: Monday through Thursday from 8 AM - 5 PM, with extended hours on Tuesdays until 6:00 PM.

Your responsibilities will include managing patient scheduling, answering calls and emails, and maintaining office organization to support an efficient workflow. You will assist with patient therapy, provide education on treatment plans, and prepare treatment rooms for appointments. Additionally, you will handle patient records, insurance verifications, and office inventory management to ensure smooth daily operations. Your ability to maintain confidentiality, manage multiple responsibilities, and provide exceptional patient care will be key to success in this position.
