Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients and verify appointments.
• Schedule appointments and answer incoming calls.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Collect payments and assist with new patient processing.
• Help the clinic maintain optimal performance and patient experience.
