Aspen Dental in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to support front desk operations and help build lasting relationships with patients. You will join a four‑week training program to succeed in the role and report to the Office Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
