Job summary

Aspen Dental Group is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator (Patient Coordinator) in Monroe, LA. You will perform daily front office duties to create a welcoming patient experience and support the clinic team.

This full-time role includes a four-week training program, scheduling and confirming appointments, verifying insurance, handling payments, and balancing deposits. Competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Time management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Participate in four-week training program to succeed in your role.
• Report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks to help create lasting impressions and build trust with patients.
