Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to handle front office duties and create lasting impressions with patients. You’ll complete a four-week training program and report to the Office Manager as you learn scheduling, chart organization, and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care according to patient needs, policies, procedures and regulations.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
