Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Coordinator (Patient Experience Coordinator) to provide exceptional front office support and create a positive patient experience. You will report to the Manager and complete a four-week training to succeed in the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Age 18 or older is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide front office support and patient service in line with policies and procedures.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, verify insurance, and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Participate in training and perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
