Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front office team. You will deliver compassionate patient service, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and help manage charts in a busy practice.

You will complete a four-week training program, report to the Manager, and contribute to a friendly, collaborative culture with growth opportunities through our training programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Good time management and attention to detail.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
