Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front-office team and deliver compassionate, patient-centered service that builds trust and loyalty across our practices.

This full-time position includes a four-week training program, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, handling deposits, and supporting patients with professionalism while maintaining compliance and a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
• High regard for time management
• Organized and detail oriented
• Must be age 18 or older

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
